- Stay Better
Pain and stiffness can affect anyone, regardless of age, occupation or activity level. That’s why we care for people from all walks of life - from office workers and manual workers to sportspeople, families and older adults.
Every patient comes to us for a different reason. They may want to get back to exercise after an injury, some want to move more comfortably, and others simply need to keep doing the things they love for as long as possible.
Because everyone is different, we tailor our care to each individual.
We take the time to understand your symptoms, lifestyle and goals before recommending the most appropriate course of care.
Depending on your needs, treatment may include chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilisation, soft tissue therapy, massage, dry needling, rehabilitation exercises and practical advice to support your progress outside the clinic.
Whether your goal is getting back to the gym, returning to work comfortably, playing with your grandchildren or simply feeling more confident in your body, your care is built around what matters to you.

If pain is holding you back, we’re here to help
Back pain, neck pain and other joint or muscle problems can have a significant impact on everyday life.
They can affect how you sleep, work, exercise and even the simple things you usually take for granted.
When you’re in pain, naturally, the first thing you want is to feel better.
How to start treatment
What happens from the moment you book - so your care is built around what matters to you.

Book Directly
You do not need a referral from your GP. Chiropractic is a primary healthcare profession in the UK, so you can come straight to us - including evening and Saturday appointments.
Your First Consultation
We take your full medical history and examine you properly. Nothing is assumed from the spot that hurts, because the place you feel pain is rarely the place it starts.
A Diagnosis in Plain English
We explain what we have found and what is causing it, then recommend the most appropriate course of care for your symptoms, lifestyle and goals.
Treatment That Targets the Cause
Soft tissue therapy before every adjustment, then spinal manipulation, joint adjustments, acupuncture or massage as your diagnosis calls for.
Your Rehabilitation Plan
Every patient leaves with a personalised rehabilitation plan, along with the postural advice and exercises that keep the problem from coming back.
Staying Well
We encourage maintenance visits to prevent problems recurring, with postural advice and rehabilitation programmes as self-care tools between visits.

Getting started, frequently asked questions
Is chiropractic care suitable for everyone?
Yes. We consider your medical history at consultation and adapt our techniques to your health status and age. We treat patients from two weeks old through to their 90s, including pregnant women, for whom we have specialised pregnancy pillows.
Can I be referred to a chiropractor on the NHS?
Unfortunately, in our local area, chiropractic care is not available through the NHS.
How long will it take for me to recover?
Recovery timelines vary depending on a number of factors. We take the time to understand your symptoms, lifestyle and goals before recommending the most appropriate course of care.
Is chiropractic treatment ongoing?
We encourage maintenance visits to prevent problems recurring, and use postural advice and rehabilitation programmes as self-care tools.
Will I have to remove items of clothing during treatment?
It depends on your individual circumstances. Where it is necessary, you will be provided with a suitable gown for modesty.
What is the popping sound?
During treatment, it is common to hear a little "pop". This signifies a release of gas from a stiff joint, similar to the sensation when a person clicks their knuckles. It is safe and painless.
