Our physiotherapy service is designed to help everyone - from sports enthusiasts and active individuals to those simply looking to move more comfortably in daily life.

Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a long-term condition, or aiming to improve strength and flexibility, our physiotherapists build the plan around your goals.

Evidence-Based, Effective Care

Our physiotherapy treatments are grounded in the latest research and clinical evidence. We take the time to assess your movement, identify the root cause of your symptoms, and create a tailored plan focused on restoring function and preventing the problem returning.

The approach combines hands-on therapy, targeted exercise programmes and practical advice, to help you regain confidence in your body and get back to what you love - whether that is running, gardening or playing with the kids.

How Treatment Works

No GP referral, no obligation, and care built around what matters to you.

  1. Book Directly

You do not need a referral from your GP. Chiropractic is a primary healthcare profession in the UK, so you can come straight to us - including evening and Saturday appointments.

  2. Your First Consultation

We take your full medical history and examine you properly. Nothing is assumed from the spot that hurts, because the place you feel pain is rarely the place it starts.

  3. A Diagnosis in Plain English

We explain what we have found and what is causing it, then recommend the most appropriate course of care for your symptoms, lifestyle and goals.

Performance, Recovery and Everyone Else

For athletes and active individuals, physiotherapy plays a vital role in optimising performance, speeding up recovery and reducing the risk of injury. We use evidence-based strength and mobility techniques to help the body stay resilient under pressure.

You do not have to be an athlete to benefit. The goal is the same either way - move better, feel stronger, and live without pain, whatever your age, fitness level or lifestyle.

We also offer chiropractic treatment in Derby and Burton-on-Trent, which can run alongside your rehabilitation so the whole body is aligned and working well together.

Questions we get asked

How long will it take for me to recover?

Recovery timelines vary depending on a number of factors. We take the time to understand your symptoms, lifestyle and goals before recommending the most appropriate course of care.

Is chiropractic treatment ongoing?

We encourage maintenance visits to prevent problems recurring, and use postural advice and rehabilitation programmes as self-care tools.

Can I be referred to a chiropractor on the NHS?

Unfortunately, in our local area, chiropractic care is not available through the NHS.
