Soft tissue therapy is essentially targeted massage. Your Burton-on-Trent & Derby chiropractors will identify which muscles are holding unwanted tension and therefore contributing to your symptoms. They will then use focused pressure and massage techniques to relieve the muscular tension often associated with the misalignment of joints.
